New crewneck I designed for Johnny Cupcakes
I made this custom Munny a few years back and never did anything with it. I did a photoshoot with it and never posted it, it just lived on my shelf and nobody ever saw it. So here world, a little late, but hey I painted something.
a little step by step process of my latest Johnny Cupcakes design.
I’m very proud and excited for this latest design for Johnny Cupcakes. Released as the online exclusive of our Something In The Cupcake Mix event, a very special halloween themed release. This year we worked with Timba Smits and Clark Orr to produce what I think is the finest collection since this event started 6 years ago.
This shirt is probably one of my favorite designs I have made for Johnny Cupcakes. I came up with the title and the main design and I did all the vector work. I sent it to Clark for some color suggestions (as I normally do for every other design) , I took some key points of Clarks suggestions and vectorized all the color in and then after it was complete I sent it on over to Timba to add the final textures. I will post the other shirt I made for the event after the London release is over this Saturday.

A new type shirt I designed for Johnny Cupcakes hits the shelves today!
I am really psyched with how this one came out. It’s an homage to all of the slasher horror movie icon weaponry with a little extra random weirdos (dinosaur teeth, bones, etc.)
We also had the guys from the band Four Year Strong model these shirts! Great dudes.
MIke Dravis did an awesome job with all the photography, once again.
